Sidjaja has served as a permanent lecturer at the university since July 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sidjaja holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The University of Queensland, Australia, which she attended after receiving the Australian Leadership Award scholarship in 2010. She also earned a Master&#8217;s Degree in Child Clinical Psychology from the University of Indonesia. As a practitioner, Sidjaja focuses on children and adolescents with special needs, including conditions such as Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and learning difficulties. She is also a certified consultant for parents of children with special needs from Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) International.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Cornerstone Psychological Centre, a counseling service open to the general public at UPH, Sidjaja practices as a child psychologist. She is committed to equipping parents and supporting children with special developmental conditions to help them maximize their potential.
