UPH\u2019s dedication to gender equality is not merely a public statement but is <strong>tangibly reflected in its data-driven approach<\/strong> to monitoring gender representation among applicants and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In <strong>2023<\/strong>, 67.9% of the <strong>4,736 new students<\/strong> enrolled at UPH were female \u2014 a notable <strong>5% increase<\/strong> from the previous year, when women made up 62.9% of 2,816 enrolled students. After the completion of the final enrollment process, a total of <strong>3,917 students officially joined UPH<\/strong>, with female students still comprising <strong>67.7%<\/strong> of the cohort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These consistent figures reflect UPH\u2019s <strong>commitment to equitable access and fair evaluation<\/strong>, ensuring that all admissions are based solely on <strong>academic and non-academic merit<\/strong>, regardless of gender. The university also provides <strong>scholarship opportunities<\/strong> for students, including women from financially challenged backgrounds, further emphasizing its mission to make quality education accessible for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This upward trend highlights UPH\u2019s ongoing effort to <strong>create a supportive and inclusive academic environment<\/strong>, where women are encouraged to thrive and contribute meaningfully to their chosen fields.
