Meanwhile, Bertha Pudjiastuti shared practical insights on agile leadership and how customer-focused innovation keeps businesses relevant in a fast-moving economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussion touched on key themes such as digital transformation, sustainable employment, and continuous skill development. Participants were encouraged to see the future of work not as a challenge but as an opportunity\u2014to grow, collaborate, and create meaningful careers that contribute to long-term economic progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although seats were limited, the seminar sparked inspiring conversations about the importance of lifelong learning, inclusivity, and innovation in the workplace.
