The university has established a comprehensive framework that begins with foundational programmes for all first-year students and progresses to specialised training for experienced student leaders, including the<strong> Intermediate Leadership Training and Advanced Leadership Training programmes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The leadership journey starts with the <strong>Keystone<\/strong> programme, a mandatory event for new students designed to instil a core understanding of leadership through self-mastery and character development. Following this, the <strong>Cornerstone Leadership Initiative <\/strong>offers the next stage of development, equipping students with the skills to lead and influence others effectively through workshops and practical application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>For students who have assumed active leadership roles in campus organisations, the path continues with the I<strong>ntermediate Leadership Training (ILT). <\/strong>This year&#8217;s programme, themed <em><strong>\u201cGreat Leaders Build Great Teams&#8221;, <\/strong><\/em>brought together dozens of student leaders to further refine their capabilities. Under the theme <strong><em>\u201cA Sanctuary Where Life Grows\u201d<\/em><\/strong> the training engaged a select group of participants in sessions focused on high-level strategy and execution, such as <em><strong>\u201cAct As One\u201d <\/strong><\/em>and<em> <strong>\u201cExcel At Execution&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><strong> <\/strong>This intensive programme also demonstrated a commitment to developing female leaders, with women again forming a clear majority of the cohort.
