This policy safeguards intellectual independence, encourages open academic inquiry, and promotes an environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and responsible scholarship in accordance with national laws and institutional values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 2 defines how academic freedom is encouraged to all academics, both junior and senior academics, without regard for their academic rank.
