Track Women’s Graduation Rate in 2024/2025

Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) maintains a strong commitment to ensuring academic excellence and equality for all students through systematic monitoring and evaluation. The university’s Registrar Office closely tracks student progress by recording key academic indicators such as dropout rates, GPA trends, semester grades, and graduation rates. This comprehensive monitoring process is applied equally to both male and female students, ensuring that no gender-based distinctions are made in the assessment of academic performance.
In the 2024/2025 academic year, UPH recorded a total of 2,868 female graduates out of 4,236 total graduates, representing 67.7% of the graduating cohort. This achievement highlights not only the strong presence of women in higher education at UPH but also the university’s commitment to maintaining transparent, inclusive, and non-discriminatory academic evaluation practices. By consistently tracking and supporting student performance, UPH reaffirms its dedication to fostering an equitable learning environment where all students can thrive and achieve their full academic potential.
