TANGERANG, 2025 – On June 30, 2025, UPH Faculty of Law contributes as a speaker in a training for Commissioners for the Supervision of Business Competition (KPPU) and Staff of the KPPU Central Office and Regional Offices discussing the enactment of Law No. 1 of 2025 on the Third Amendment to Law No. 19 of 2003 concerning State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU) will hold a symposium entitled “Symposium on the SOE Law from a Business Competition Perspective. The training was not only to aimed to understand the new law enactment, but to establish principles and strategic input to formulate regulation recommendations to the President of Indonesia.
